1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the SiteTo.App website and the website-to-app conversion service operated by SiteTo.App.

"You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

"Content" means any information or data that is uploaded, submitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, including your website content that is converted into a mobile application.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SiteTo.App and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain all your ownership rights in your Content. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Content in connection with providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use and submit the Content to our Service.
• The submission and use of your Content on or through the Service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service.

You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Use the Service for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm SiteTo.App or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• Use the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Use the Service to create applications that violate the terms of service of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiteTo.App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
